Now, more than ever, is the time to be investing in your health. Exercise is a great way to not only boost your immune system but your mental health! Join us for our virtual boot camp group classes… immunity boosting, motivating and socializing for just $5 per class or $15 per week.

We hope so! Our trainers are certified exercise physiologists, kinesiologists, and group fitness trainers. They provide motivation and their goal is to push you to your ultimate performance goals while keeping it fun and safe.
It helps if you have small hand weights, kettlebells, or yoga mat. But they are not necessary. We can provide you with alternative items you can use as weights (such as milk jugs or cans) or just provide modifications.
Yes. You must pay either $5 per class or $15 per week (gives you access to all classes) to get the ZOOM code for class.
Absolutely. Our classes have modifications for injuries, medical issues, etc.
Every class can be an advanced class. We can modify to lessen or increase the intensity for each workout.
